4 ph Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 4 ph platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are located in the Philippines. Each player is permitted to hold only one account; duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must not share your account with any other person. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. 4 ph reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend accounts where verification cannot be completed. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

All transactions on the 4 ph platform are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). Deposits are credited to your account once the payment has been confirmed through the selected payment method. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the FAQ section, and players must ensure their account details are correct before submitting a withdrawal. 4 ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or incorrect account information supplied by the player. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. The platform does not charge hidden fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. All transaction records are available in your account history.

All bets placed on the 4 ph platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for checking the details of their bet — including the selection, stake amount, and market — before confirming. In the event of a technical error or system fault that affects the outcome of a bet or game, 4ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and competition; in cases of dispute, the platform's decision is final. Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform. Players must not attempt to exploit technical faults, glitches, or errors for financial gain; any winnings obtained through such exploitation may be voided. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: using automated software or bots to place bets or interact with the platform; colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes; using multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions; and attempting to launder money or conduct any fraudulent activity through the platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. 4 ph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities in cases involving suspected fraud or illegal activity. Players who suspect another user of prohibited conduct are encouraged to report it through the support contact listed in the footer of this page.
